Professional photography begins. Your course deserves a perfect shot — we make sure it gets one before service.

Chef Walk-Around & Pre-Service
Meet the other talent. Walk the space. A final moment with your peers before the evening begins.
6:00 PM
Doors Open — Tasting Reception Begins
100 guests arrive. A room assembled for exactly this kind of evening. Show them what you've been working on.
9:30 PM
Last Course
Final plates. Final pours. The evening at its fullest.
